Pre-treatment on soiled areas
Heavy traffic areas, red clay tracked in from outside, and any pet spots get a pre-treatment solution applied and given time to soak in. This step does most of the real stain work.

Hot water extraction cleaning
The machine pushes hot water and cleaning solution into the carpet pile and immediately pulls the dirty water back out with strong suction. This is what actually removes the loosened soil.

Post-cleaning inspection
We walk the rooms with you after cleaning to check that stains have lifted and the carpet looks even. If a spot needs another pass, we do it before we leave.

Dry time guidance
We tell you how long to stay off the carpet and whether to run fans or open windows. In a humid Knoxville summer, airflow makes a real difference in how fast the carpet dries.
